Our “A” Team
Our Team – Your Friends at Crash1 Off Alpine
Dave Replogle – Owner
Hi, I’m Dave – Owner of Crash1 Off Alpine
My entire professional career, of almost 50 years, has been in the collision repair industry. My love for the industry came at the young age of 13, while sweeping the floors, after school, at a friend’s body shop. I started “from the ground up.” I later became his assistant manager at age 18, and went on to buy one of his shops in 1977.
I have real-world hands-on experience, which helps me provide you with realistic expectations of what we can do, to bring your car back to its pre-collision condition. I can also tell you if you car has been damaged beyond reasonable repair.
I am always looking for the newest and best tools, products, and methods to keep Crash1 Off Alpine on the cutting edge of technology and education…to make sure that we are performing the best possible repairs for our customers. I also attend industry training classes through I-Car and DuPont Performance Coatings, specifically designed to help me be a better owner and manager.
Thank you for taking the time to visit our website and giving me the opportunity to introduce myself and our staff here at Crash1 Off Alpine. I look forward to serving you!
Kent Kobler – General Manager
Hi, I’m Kent, the General Manager here at Crash1 Off Alpine. I oversee and coordinate all of the steps and staff needed to put your car back on the road, quickly and safely, in as good or better condition than it was, prior to your unfortunate accident.
I am responsible for managing our direct repair relationships with insurance companies, fleet accounts, vendors, and human resources.
As an I-CAR and ASE certified damage estimator, I play a significant role in damage evaluation. To stay current, I participate in all of the key professional / technical seminars that our industry offers. I am always here to help customers navigate through all phases of their claims and repair processes. Please… just ask me anything!
I have been with the company since 1995.
In my spare time I enjoy reading and watching the Chicago Cubs.
David Replogle Jr – Sales Manger / Estimator
I’m David, the Sales Manager at Crash1 Off Alpine. I appraise vehicle damage to determine the cost of repair, for insurance claim settlements. This includes inspecting and testing automobiles with mechanical and electrical devices, along with an overall visual inspection, and feedback from our customers about what was damaged, and the overall performance of their vehicle.
I love helping customers work through the insurance claims process. This can be overwhelming, with all of the forms, rental arrangements, and repair decisions that have to be made. That’s a lot to think about, when you’ve been in a car accident.
We live by our motto “Drop Off… Relax… Pick Up”. We take care of everything in between.
I am ASE and I-Car Certified, and have attended many seminars and classes to further my skills.
I have been with my family’s company here at Crash1 Off Alpine since 1989.
In my spare time I enjoy riding motorcycles and going on weekend trips to Wisconsin with my cycle group.
Lyn Tomlinson – Production Coordinator / Accounting
Hi, I’m Lyn – As a production coordinator, I help make sure that your repairs are assigned and managed for the maximum efficiency and quality. When it comes to our work in progress, no two days are exactly alike. And just to make things interesting, everything affects everything, with collision repairs. We do our best to stay on top of “everything”.
I also order and dispatch parts to our techs, write supplements, do Quality Control checks and do the final insurance billing.
As the accountant, I keep records of accounts and financial arrangements for the company. I verify and enter information into ledgers, balance the accounts, and compile reports and financial statements. I also handle all of the accounts payable duties.
Callie Sullivan – Production Coordinator / Customer Service Rep
As the production coordinator, I work with every technician, painter, mechanic, parts supplier, and everyone else involved in the repair process. My job is to make sure that all phases of our customer repairs are completed on spec, and on time. If anything changes during the repair process, I make sure that the customer, and their insurance company are informed, immediately. If they have a rental car, I call them too.
Terri Kobler – Receptionist / Customer Service Rep
I am the first and last face that our customers see while their car is being repaired. My goal is to help keep customers informed and connected with the key people that are assigned to repairing their car. I make sure all customer calls and questions are addressed, immediately. We also call our customers with updates on regular basis, throughout the repair process.
Jim Huffington – Advertising / Customer Relations Manager
As the Advertising Manager, I make sure that we reach out to customers in a manner that relates to THEIR Needs & Expectations. I personally engage with every one of our customers during the repair process. I also contact them after their car has been picked up, inspected, and driven, to make sure everything is perfect. That helps us do a better job of understanding and meeting all of our customers’ needs and expectations.
On a 1 to 10 basis, our goal is to be a “10” for every customer, every repair, every time.
